Tomorrow, company will mix and pump cement to retainer; stab in stinger and squeeze 4bbls of cement behind 5.5 casing to approx 1000; pull out of retainer and spot a 316 plug (inside casing).

Mr. Steve Hampshire, a Storage Well Tech with Columbia Gas Transmission, stated cement top inside 5.5 casing at 1116. The 5.5 casing had been cut at 1085 but pulled in two at 40. Currently, 5.5 casing is out and now at 600. A DMAG ran while inside 3.5 casing had showed no 7casing. Columbia ran a 6.5 junk mill for further reassurance. Obstruction noted and casing verified. A 7 spear and 7 cutter will be utilized for casing retrieval. Records indicate no cement or mud behind this casing.

2012626012 2010-11-22 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Witnessed 3.5 squeeze job/bottom plug on 11/22/2010. A 3.5 cement retainer was set with wireline at 2088. TBIH with stinger. Mixed and pumped 5 bbl Class A cement to stinger. Stabbed in stinger and squeezed 1.2 bbl in anchor and on backside. Stabbed out of retainer and displaced cement with 3.5 bbls of freshwater. Pulled joints to 1878 and cleared hole of excess cement. Note: On 11/19/2010, Kilbarger Rig 15 had found plug at 2080 and milled clean to bottom.
