0215873837 | 2016-08-29 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Bakerwell Service Rigs and Appalachian Well Services is on site. While on location I met with Dave Gross who informed me that Bakerwell will be pulling out all production tubing and then Appalachian will be running a free-point log to indicate where the 4.5 inch dimeter production tubing will be unscrewed at. Dave stated that he plans to have the production casing pull out and have the new production casing ran back in within the next couple days. |
0249593566 | 2016-08-31 | Work Over Reconditioning | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Bakerwell Service Rigs is in the process of pulling out the 4.5 inch diameter production casing. Rig operator Jim Nalley informed me that he believed they had unscrewed at the planned depth of 4700 feet according to the weight indicators on the rig. Jim also informed me that he would be running the new production casing in within the next couple of days. |
0303244578 | 2016-10-24 | Work Over Reconditioning | No Violations | I am on site today to conduct a follow up inspection after witnessing Bakerwell Services completing the drill out process on the well bore. With the conduction of my inspection I witnessed the service rig has been moved off location. The well now consists of 8.625 inch diameter surface casing and 4.5 inch production casing with a changeover and a valve placed on top. The valve is placed in the closed position and is not in production. |

0789190204 | 2016-09-27 | Work Over Reconditioning | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Bakerwell Service Rigs completing the process of drilling out the stage tools. After the stage tools had been drill out I witnessed Bakerwell Service Rigs failing at attempting to load the hole and circulate. While on site I spoke to company man Dave Gross who informed me that he believes that there still maybe a possibility that the 4.5 inch diameter production has a hole in it below where they had just replaced the pipe. Dave stated he would keep me informed with the plan on what Red Hill plans to do to remedy this issue. |
0852859536 | 2016-09-12 | Work Over Reconditioning | No Violations | I arrived on site where I met with rig operator Jim Nalley, who informed me that the cement job for the 4.5 inch diameter production casing went as calculated. Jim stated he witnessed approximately 4 barrels of cement returns when the stage tool was opened and then he witnessed approximately 5 barrels of cement returns at surface when the second stage of the cement job was concluded. Jim also informed me that here within a week Bakerwell Service Rigs will be drilling out the stage tools inside the 4.5 inch diameter production casing. While on site I did not witness any signs of pollution or contamination outside of containment. |
1420489709 | 2015-01-05 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the date of inspection I found the well to be equipped with a gas plunger lift system, 1.5 inch tubing, 4.5 inch casing, and 8.625 inch casing. Within the earthen dike are located a 210bbl steel tank, a horizontal separator, and 4 inch PVC drain with a 28 inch stickup within the dike and an exit point through the bottom of the dike into the lease road. Production records are up to date through 2013. |
1441533396 | 2016-11-22 | Work Over Reconditioning | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well has not been put into production yet. The well consist of 4.5 inch diameter production casing and a 4.5 inch diameter to 2 inch diameter changeover on top of the casing with a 2 inch valve in the close position. |

While on site I met with Rig operator Jim Nalley who informed me that Red Hill development is utilizing two stage tools for this job. The first stage tool will be screwed onto the existing 4.5 inch diameter production casing downhole and the second stage tool will be placed approximately 100 feet above the H2S barring zone. Jim stated that Petroset will be performing the cement work. Jim also informed me that they have been dealing with kicks of Hydrogen sulfide gas and now they are in the process of attaching an air head to the well, the air head will allow for the gas coming from the well to be flared off a safe distance away from the working area. Cementing is scheduled for tonight after the casing is ran in at a depth of approximately 4700 feet. |
