0475375900 | 2017-06-21 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that H&P Flex Rig #531 had drilled a 17.5 inch diameter hole to the depth of 1567 feet. Wyoming Casing Crew ran 217.85 feet of 13.375 inch 61#/ft. J-55 casing and 1301.77 feet of 13.375 inch 54.5#/ft. J-55 casing for a total of 1519.62 feet of 13.375 inch casing set at 2.6 feet above KB and washing down the last 4 joints. KB height is 30 feet above ground level. Schlumberger was on site and loaded their lines with 5 barrels of fresh water and performed a low pressure test at 500 pounds per square inch and a high pressure test at 4000 pounds per square inch. Schlumberger gained circulation with 275 barrels of fresh water, then pumped 20 barrels of gel and 10 barrels of fresh water. Schlumberger cemented casing with 1211 sacks of Class A cement 15.6 pounds per gallon, 1.21 cubic foot per sack cement with 3% D154 Extender, .2% D013 Retarder, .25 pound per sack D130 Flake, .3% B160A Dispersant and .4% B348 FLAC. Cement weight was verified by mud scales and displaced with 225 barrels of fresh water. Cement was circulated to surface with good returns of 35 barrels, plug was landed at 660 pounds per square inch and pressured to 1230 pounds per square inch for 5 minutes and the floats held with 2 barrels back. Mix water was tested revealing chlorides of 87 parts per million, pH 7 and 61 degrees. |
0966760353 | 2017-07-03 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that H&P Flex Rig #531was drilling ahead in their lateral at 19432 feet with a planned total depth of 24445 feet on 11.8 pound per gallon mud. I completed walk around with Eclipse Consultant Jack Turner revealing proper containment was in place and 5.5 inch diameter 23 pound per foot casing was being offloaded. |
1235966096 | 2018-06-11 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a preliminary restoration. The well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with a plunger lift system. Production valves were in the open position. Pressure monitoring for all casing strings were present. The production equipment consisted of three 400 barrel tanks, nine sand traps, nine gas production units, and six indirect line heaters. The identification was located at the wellhead. The area effected by the pad construction did not have any erosion present and vegetation was established. The pad surface consisted of gravel with a fence surrounding the perimeter. The location meets preliminary restoration requirements written under 1509.072 (A). |
1496150530 | 2017-05-30 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day inspection I witnessed that Precision Rathole had drilled a 30 inch diameter hole to the depth of 116 feet, hitting water at 75 feet and ran 120 feet of 24 inch diameter 94.62 pounds per foot conductor pipe with a 5 foot stick up. Stingray Pressure Pumping was onsite and pumped 10 barrels of fresh water, performed a 400 pounds per square inch pressure test and cemented pipe with 290 sacks Class A cement with 2% CaCl and .25 pound per sack of Celluseal weighing 15.6 pounds per gallon and a yield of 1.21 cubic foot per sack. Cement was weight was verified with pressurized mud scales and displaced to 114 feet with 60 barrels of fresh water with good cement returns of 30 barrels to surface. Mix water was tested revealing chlorides of 61 parts per million, pH 7 and 53 degrees. |
1497893589 | 2017-06-19 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that H&P Drilling Rig #531was 85 percent rigged up with plans to commence drilling later tomorrow. I met with Eclipse Consultants Neal Ingram, Josh Angeline and Lex Cook. The drilling proposal was reviewed with a planned set point of casing at 1520. A mix string of 61 pound per foot and 54.5 pound per foot will be run. |
1532096176 | 2018-07-20 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a preliminary restoration. During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position. Gauges were present reading 980 pounds per square inch on the production tubing,1550 pounds per square inch on the production casing, 0 pounds per square inch on the 9.875-inch diameter intermediate, and 0 pounds per square inch on the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing. the production equipment consisted of six indirect line heaters, nine sand traps, nine gas production units, and three 400-barrel tanks. Well product travels via pipeline to the Hayes Central Gathering Facility. Location meets Preliminary restoration requirements written under ORC 1509.072 (A). |
1633788363 | 2017-06-27 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that H&P Flex Rig #531 had completed a 2-stage cement job yesterday and just tripped out of the wellbore after drilling out the float equipment. H&P Flex Rig #531 was picking up an 8.75 inch diameter Archer Powerdrive Bottom hole assembly (BHA) to drill the curve section with a planned kick off point of 7511 feet and landing point of 8570 feet. Upon completion of the curve H&P Flex Rig #531 will trip back out and trip back in with an 8.5 inch diameter Schlumberger Orbit BHA to complete their lateral section. |
1798478358 | 2017-07-07 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that H&P Flex Rig #531 had reached total depth of 24438 feet and tripped out of the wellbore. H&P Flex Rig #531 was rigging up KLX Energy Services to perform a bond log on the 9.625 inch diameter casing. Upon completion 5.5 inch diameter 23 pound per foot P-110 HC casing will be run to a depth of 24423 feet. |
2091190884 | 2017-06-12 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the conductor casing has been cut along with the installation of the 13.375 inch landing ring and pressure testing follow. Location prep continues with the air package set and rig containment being laid as H&P Drilling Rig #531 will begin to move later this week. |
