0034172266 2016-11-28 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a sand trap, a line heater, a GP Unit along with a 400 barrel purge tank within containment. The well was equipped with Sweco wellheads and a plunger lift system with valves in the open position with 2650 pounds per square inch on the tubing and 2780 pounds per square inch on the casing. Fluids and gas are separated at the GP unit and then transferred to the Borton CGF for sales.

1405276504 2014-07-13 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Alpha Hunter Drilling Rig #9 had drilled a 24inch diameter hole to the depth of 439 feet and ran 439 feet of 18.625 inch 87.5#/ft. J-55 casing washing down the last joint. Halliburton was on site gained circulation with fresh water then pumped 25bbls of gel, 10bbls of fresh water and cemented casing with 400 sacks of Class A cement and displaced cement with 121bbls of fresh water. Had good cement returns of 20bbls and cement stayed at surface.
