0217309055 2018-08-16 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was a status check. During my inspection the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position. Pressure gauges were present on all casing strings. The production equipment consisted of six sand traps, six gas production units, and two 400-barrel tanks. The identification was present at the wellhead.
0353166966 2017-09-12 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection, I accompanied ODNR Inspector Doug Bennett, and I witnessed that Parco Wireline Services was onsite retrieving a stuck plunger which was tagged at 7398 feet. A meeting with Eclipse production personnel was held discussing the well and the pad features. The well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the closed position and annular pressure monitoring was in place. Gauges presently read 615 pounds per square inch on the tubing and 715 pounds per square inch on the casing with annular pressure monitoring in place. The production equipment included a sand trap and a GP unit. Also present a blow case skid and 2-400 barrel purge tanks shared with the 1H, 2H, 3H, 4H and the 5H. Nacelle fuel skid was also onsite providing fuel for the Fineran frac job.
