0092107913 | 2017-07-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a plunger lift system with valves in the open position. The production equipment included a sand trap; a GP unit and 2-400 barrel purge tanks. Fluids are separated at the GP unit and then transferred to the Hayes CGF. Gauges present read 275 pounds per square inch on the tubing and 385 pounds per square inch on the casing. Annular pressure monitoring was present along with proper identification and production records being current. An Above Ground Storage Tank (AST) was present on the northwest corner of the well pad supplying fresh water to the Frank Miller pad for frac with support being provided by Great Lakes. Water was field tested revealing chlorides of <33 parts per million, pH 7 and 60 degrees. |
0107318941 | 2016-05-24 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with Sweco wellheads, production trees and a plunger lift system. The production equipment included a sand trap; a GP unit and 2-400bbl purge tanks. Fluids are separated at the GP unit and then transferred to the Hayes CGF. Gauges present read 1285psi on the tubing and 1495psi on the casing. Annular pressure monitoring was present along with proper identification and production records being current. Discussion was held on the readings with Eclipse Lease Operators Bradley Paisley and Danny Hreha. |
