0704413916 2013-04-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I reviewed the Divisions production records and found then to be current, there is a pumping unit at the well, the well is being produced through the four inch, there are (3) one hundred barrel production tanks/ compressor setting inside a containment dike, the separator is setting inside a containment dike, the I.D. is posted on the tanks.

1473352904 2016-09-08 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a 100 barrel tank and a compressor unit within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 4.5 inch casing, 2.875 inch tubing, 1.5 inch tubing, rods and a Churchill pumping unit powered by electricity with the power in the off position and valves open on the 1.5 inch tubing and 2.875 inch tubing. Also present off the 2.875 inch valve was a drip, a 2 inch salesmeter with a .375 inch orifice and a chart recorder. Identification was present and production records were current.
