1584159566 2019-03-08 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a plunger lift. The rabbit catcher was slightly bent. The flow lines were connected but the valves were closed. There were no leaks around the wellhead. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel steel tank and one horizontal separator in an earthen dike. The tank valves were equipped with bull plugs, and I found no leaks around the equipment. The tank was new and unpainted, and there was no identification posted. There was livestock fence around the wellhead and production equipment. I spoke to the pumper Ray Dillon. He said that the wellhead was struck by a landowner ATV and it was shut in until they can get a rig out to replace the bent tubing. He also said that he knew he needed ID on the new tank.
