0590427164 2019-03-08 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a plunger lift. The flow lines were connected, and the valves were open. I found no leaks around the wellhead. The production equipment consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks and one horizontal separator in an earthen dike. The tank valves were equipped with bull plugs. There was an oil drip from the line coming into the separator, and a brine drip from the heater tube on one the tanks. Correct, legible identification was posted on the tank. There was livestock fence around the wellhead and production equipment. I spoke to the pumper Ray Dillon to report the issues and request that they be remedied.
