0313820678 2017-02-08 Final Restoration No Violations This inspection was conducted in response to a request from DOGRM Central Office to confirm that the final restoration was completed on this well site. The well was plugged in 1979, but no restoration information was ever recorded or submitted. The well coordinates stored in RBDMS plotted 1600 feet north of County Road 33. I found no existing lease road, or remnants of an old lease road. The property was accessible through a tube gate. I found no existing production equipment or oilfield related materials near the property entrance. The well coordinates plotted in an agricultural pasture, surrounded by mixed forest. I found no wellhead components, or exposed well casing near the plotted point. I found no evidence that the plugged well was leaking. The contour of the site matched that of the surrounding landscape. The site was covered in established vegetation and there were no signs of erosion. This site passes final restoration.
