0040470103 2017-03-02 Storage Well No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well # 6-2732. The access road was stable and drivable. The well location was stable with well established vegetation. Correct and legible identification was present at the well. The well head annular side ports were plumbed above grade. The South side valve was in the closed position and plugged. The North side valve was in the open position and plugged. The top of the well head was equipped with a master gate valve and two side gate valves. The South side gate valve was capped. A 4 line was plumbed out of the North side gate valve and into a vertical drip. A 4 line was plumbed out of the drip. A domestic supply connection was present. Test valves were closed and plugged. No audible or visual leaks were detected. No violations were detected during this inspection.

The side gate valve is plumbed into a 4.00 lead line that runs through a drip tank and goes into the main line. The annulus valve is plumbed up and closed. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign. The lease road is in stable condition and drivable. No violations found.
