1886441048 2017-03-09 Storage Well No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #6-2666. Lease access was through a residential driveway. The well location was stable with well-established vegetation. A gravel apron was present around the well head. Correct and legible identification was posted at the well head. The well head annular side ports contained a closed and plugged valve in each side. A master gate valve was plumbed to the top of the well head. A side gate valve was plumbed out of the side of the master gate valve. A 4 flow line was plumbed out of the side gate valve to a partially buried vertical drip tank. Test port valves were closed and plugged. No audible or visual leaks were detected. No violations were observed during this inspection.
