1227570326 | 2017-02-21 | Storage Well | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0507. The lease road was stable and in good repair. The well location was within an agricultural field that was stable. The surface equipment was enclosed by a chain link fence with barbed wire top perimeter. The access door was not locked. Correct and legible identification was posted at the well head. The well head side ports were fitted with annular above grade risers with closed and plugged valves. The well head was equipped with master gate valve plumbed to two side gate valves. One side gate valve plated off. The other side gate valve was plumbed out to a 4.0 flow line that lead to a vertical drip. The outlet of the drip was plumbed to the main line. No audible or visual leaks were detected. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
