0015595427 2018-10-02 Storage Well No Violations ID is posted and the location is maintained. The well is equipped with a separator and house gas connection at the pipeline tie in.
0184428209 2014-10-08 Storage Well No Violations ID posted, location maintained.
0405089070 2015-05-18 Work Over Reconditioning No Violations The service rig and associated equipment have been removed from the location. The pit has not been closed yet. Restoration of the location will be completed following well stimulation.
0434276843 2015-04-21 Work Over Reconditioning No Violations The operator drilled out cement to the top of the liner hangar and then changed bits and entered the liner. The liner was cleaned out to total depth of 2800ft. 40ft of cement was found inside the top of the liner and then the hole was clear. The operator is going to set a cement retainer inside the 3.5 inch liner and perforate the liner to squeeze cement behind it.
0685358056 2015-07-30 Storage Well No Violations The location needs to be graded and resoiled following workover of the well. There are portable tanks still on location.
0947609680 2015-04-23 Work Over Reconditioning No Violations The liner was perforated from 2787 to 2790ft and from 2640 to 2643ft. The retainer was set inside the liner between the perforations at 2762ft. Circulation was not established from the lower perforations to the upper perforations. The operator believes they are blocked by shale as a bond log did not show cement behind the liner. 9 barrels of cement slurry was pumped inside the liner and pressured up. The operator is going to bond log the liner. See the casing ticket for details.
0976715595 2015-04-16 Work Over Reconditioning No Violations The operator requested an inspection to witness cementing of a liner in the well. The liner was set on a hangar in the 5.5 inch production casing. The hanger was not seating properly in the 5.5 inch. Cement was pumped but the operator does not believe that it is where it is intended to be based on cementing pressure. The operator began pulling drill pipe to see if the hangar remained in the well.
1125957715 2016-08-11 Storage Well No Violations ID is posted and the location is maintained. The gate valve and annulus are open. The well is equipped with a separator and house gas meter.
1277246930 2015-04-17 Work Over Reconditioning No Violations The liner hangar was planned to be set at 2623ft. Top of cement was found at 2288ft. The operator was drilling out cement to locate the liner and then plans to log the well to determine if there is cement on the back side of the liner.
1305192752 2015-05-05 Work Over Reconditioning No Violations The operator requested an inspection to witness a second remedial cement on the liner installed at the base of the production casing. Bond log showed that cement was at the top and bottom of the liner but not in the middle. The liner was perforated and cement was squeezed through perforations with the use of a cement retainer.
1346575525 2015-07-15 Storage Well No Violations The well is shut in following workover reconditioning. 2 fluid tanks are at the location. The area needs to be revegetated.
1361312843 2015-05-12 Work Over Reconditioning No Violations The well was logged on 5/11/15 and good cement was found behind the liner. The well was perforated and acid was loaded into the bottom of the hole.
1368724298 2015-04-27 Work Over Reconditioning No Violations Inspect well and service rig. Witness cement job reworking well. All of the 284 feet of 8 inch casing was removed. Installed 927 feet of new 7 inch casing and perforated at 770 feet. Cement was pumped until circulated to the surface then 30 bbl of displacement water was pumped. Circulated 30 bbl of cement to surface.
1431524786 2015-05-08 Work Over Reconditioning No Violations The operator is milling out the cement retainer and cement in the liner below the retainer. Drilling at 2711ft, retainer top 2710ft. Drilling is at a rate of 3 hours per foot in the retainer.
