2736220 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-14 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On March 13, 2018 I conducted a routine inspection of the Coastal Green (Barnes - AJ Morris) well pad located in Whiteley Township, Greene County. Cuttings were being hauled off from barnes #3 - finished drilling last night (Td 17454). Started Drilling #2 MH. Radiation log was reviewed. Bobby Dunn was the company man. The backyard and closed loop processing of drill cuttings was observed. The pad containment was dirty and in poor condition on the west side of the well pad. The ground underneath was very soft and uneven. There appeared to be a small amount of diesel fuel spilled on containment. There may have been holes in the containment. Greylock was recommended to clean and repair the secondary containment in this area. The pad for the modular aboveground storage structure (MASS) was observed. The pad appears to have been prepped for installation of the MASS. The site information sign at the bottom of the access road still says Energy Corporation of America. The mailbox was full of wasp nests |
