Installed 100 psi guages on the 5 1/2" x 9 5/8" and 9 5/8" x 13 3/8" annulus'. The 13 3/8" X 20" annulus had a 1" pipe that wasn't connected to anything. After 20 min., no pressure build-up on any annulus'. After 1 hr 16 min, all pressures still 0 psi. Checked with gas meter, comb. gas present in 5 1/2" x 9 5/8" annulus only. Matt Shope returned the next day to get 24 hr readings - 3 1/2 psi on 5 1/2" x 9 5/8" annulus. 9 5/8" x 13 3/8" was 0 psi.

The site was snow-covered at the time of the inspection. Site vegetation and stability could not be assessed at this time. An unlabeled plastic container is located near the well heads. The department recommends labeling this container. Two wells are staged for production and each have a well tag. Two GPUs are present within plastic containment in good condition. Two steel produced water tanks are present and in good condition. Steel containment with plastic liner is present and in good condition. Approximately four inches of water and ice is present within containment. The conductivity within the containment was 131 uS/cm. An air compressor is present and is within plastic containment in good condition. Two labeled containers containing methanol are also present.

Most of the pad surface has been restored. A gravel path remains and loops around by the well heads, air compressor, GPUs, and the
