Drill permits, ERP and PPC plans located on site and appears to current.

2637538 Primary Facility 2017-09-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection drilling activity ongoing. All equipment and material on secondary containment. During inspection, Operator informed Department and Department observed a tear to the liner beneath the drill rig area. Operator in the process of performing repairs. No spills or releases by the tear were observed.
