The well site was prepared, but never drilled. The well pad and pit were constructed and not restored. There are large erosion ditches on the cut and fill slopes of the well site due to accelerated erosion and sedimentation. The well site should be regraded, limed, fertilized, seeded, and mulched. In addition the pit should be filled in and the filter fabric fence should have maintenance performed upon it since it is no longer functioning properly.
1848941 Primary Facility 2009-12-10 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted The Department conducted a compliance evaluation inspection in response to the violations noted on 11/5/09. Specifically, there was accelerated erosion on the cut and fill slopes, large erosion ditches, and filter fabric fence that was not functioning properly. Also the site was open and the pit was not backfilled.
