2324053 Primary Facility 2014-11-25 Administrative/File Review In Compliance with Policy A discharge of production fluids was discovered by EXCO personnel on 11/25/14 and reported to the SWRO at approximately 12PM. At that time EXCO representative Ron Jenkins contacted WQS Higgins regarding the spill and arranged an onsite meeting for 11/26/14 at 8AM. Mr. Jenkins detailed that approxmiately 10 barrels of production fluid, brine no oil, had been dischargeed to the ground beneath the tank. The volume was arrived at through tank levels obtained during a previous visit by the well tender in comparison to 11/25/14. Preliminarly EXCO has shut the well in and is removing the remaining fluids from the brine tank located onsite. After that work is completed the area will be evaluated to determine the area affected by the discharge and the the affected media will be excavated.

2422906 Primary Facility 2015-11-06 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimenation in relation to the site or access road. Additionally the area which had been affected and disturbed as part of the spill clean-up had been restored and the vegetation had attained 70% uniform coverage.
