2733128 Primary Facility 2018-04-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On April 9, 2018, the Department performed an inspection of the Range Resources, John Hunter well pad site. Present at time of inspection was Matt Knight (Drilling Consultant). The iste is located in Donegal Twp., Washington Co. The inspection was a routine inspection during drilling on site.

The well pad and access road are in good condition and are being maintained by the operator. The site is stable with greater than 70%, perennial vegetative cover.

The operator has Falcon Drilling on site drilling the vertical section of 7 newly permitted wells. 5 wells were drilled to TD and are equipped for production. The operator is storing the conductor drill cuttings on the southeast corner of the pad, and plans to dispose of the cuttings on the well site.

The well site secondary containment is in good condition, and is being maintained by the operator. The GPUs for the five wells equipped for production are in good condition, but are not in secondary containment as required by § 78a.64a(b). Upon perfor

KOP was at 5339 ft. (with air rig). EOB was at 8544 ft. MD (6869 ft. TVD). TD was at 20,553 ft. MD (7009 ft. TVD) on 9/8/18. Currently TOOH to run 5 1/2" casing after reaming well bore.
