The well pad and access road are in good condition and are being maintained by the operator. The site is stable with greater than 70%, perennial vegetative cover. The operator has Falcon Drilling on site drilling the vertical section of 7 newly permitted wells. 5 wells were drilled to TD and are equipped for production. The operator is storing the conductor drill cuttings on the southeast corner of the pad, and plans to dispose of the cuttings on the well site. The well site secondary containment is in good condition, and is being maintained by the operator.
