Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2619264 Primary Facility 2017-07-25 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Lightning Energy auger rig

Drilled 30” wellbore and set 26” conductor casing at 40 ft. on 7/22/17.

2627300 Primary Facility 2017-08-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Martin well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed. The well was spudded in July 2017 and is not producing at this time. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.

2633503 Primary Facility 2017-09-06 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Falcon Drilling Rig #23

Moved onto this well on 8/16/17 and resumed drilling at 40 ft. There was no 20” water-protective casing set on this well. The 13 3/8” casing was set at 466 ft. on 8/18/17 and cemented to surface with 18 bbls returned. Coal was found from 401 ft. to 410 ft. No basket was set. The 9 5/8” casing was set at 1851 ft. on 8/20/17 and cemented to surface with 23 bbls returned. TD was at 5700 ft. on 8/24/17.

2667410 Primary Facility 2017-12-04 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Pioneer Drilling Rig #78 moved onto this well on 11/23/17 and resumed drilling at 5715 ft. KB. KOP was at 6197 ft. EOB was at 7813 ft. MD (7120 ft. TVD). TD was at 16,879 ft. MD (7072 ft. TVD) on 11/28/17. The 5 1/2" casing was set at 16,862 ft. Estimated TOC at 3800 ft.
2682630 Primary Facility 2018-01-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Martin well pad and the following was observed.

6 new wells were recently drilled and Range Resources is preparing the site to hydraulically fracture them at this time.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well heads were maintained, no leaks or fluids around well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.
