Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2597165 Primary Facility 2017-05-24 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Wednesday, May 24, 2017, I conducted a routine-complete inspection of the Day L&L Well Site located in Amwell Township, Washington County.

The Act 9 sign was clearly legible at the site entrance which is secured with a locked gate. All required documentation was available on-site. The access road and the well pad are in good condition and the site is stabilized with various stages of vegetative growth and E&S BMPs. The operator should continue their periodic monitoring program and address any deficiencies, signs of accelerated erosion and/or sedimentation upon identification.

The secondary containment structure around the production tanks appear to be in good condition and functioning as intended. The gas wells appear to be in good working order and are each labelled accordingly.

No violations were noted during the inspection.

2608903 Primary Facility 2017-06-29 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Ransom Drilling auger rig

Drilled 30” wellbore and set 26” conductor casing at 40 ft. on 6/22/17.

2631364 Primary Facility 2017-08-25 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Falcon Drilling Rig #27

Moved onto this well on 8/23/17 and resumed drilling at 51 ft. KB. The 20” casing was set at 376 ft. on 8/23/17 and cemented to surface with 30 bbls returned. The 13 3/8” casing was set at 937 ft. on 8/24/17 and cemented to surface with 25 bbls returned. Traces of coal was found from 880 ft. to 893 ft. Baskets were set at 853 ft. and 858 ft. Currently at 947 ft. and TIH to resume drilling.

2634638 Primary Facility 2017-09-08 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Falcon Drilling Rig #27

The 9 5/8” casing was set at 2490 ft. on 8/26/17 and cemented to surface with 22 bbls returned. TD was at 6487 ft. on 8/30/17.

2840849 Primary Facility 2019-02-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 2/7/2019 at approximately 12:40, I conducted a routine inspection of the Day L&L well site located in Amwell Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
