The site is located in East Finley, Washington Co. The inspection was routine inspection of the site during installation of the well cellars on the well pad.
The Act 9 sign was at the entrance to the access road and in good condition. The operator has the well permits for the planned wells for the site in the mailbox. The well pad and access road was newly stoned and in good condition. The well pad and access road are stable with greater than 70% vegetative cover. The operator will need to remove the E&S BMPs. The operator had finished construction of the well pad, and access road several years ago. The operator has continued to renew the well permits for the site. The operator has obtained twelve new well permits for the location and is installing the Cellar Tech well cellars on the well pad to begin drilling activity.
