2550627 Primary Facility 2016-12-29 Preoperation Inspection No Violations Noted Preoperational inspection conducted at the request of the operator.
2575654 Primary Facility 2017-03-10 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Location prepared for Patterson 288 rig to skid onto 9H. Location inspection looks good. NOVIO
2599634 Primary Facility 2017-05-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The wells on the George Yonkers well pad were just drilled and Range Resources is breaking down the rig and moving in equipment to frac the wells.

The site was stable with thick vegetative cover no erosion observed. The E&S controls were installed and maintained. The secondary containment on site for the tanks and frac equipment was installed. Permits, PPC plan and E&S plans were kept in a mailbox on site.

2599650 Primary Facility 2017-04-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The wells on the George Yonkers well pad are currently being drilled.

The site was stable with thick vegetative cover no erosion observed. The E&S controls were installed and maintained. The secondary containment on site for the tanks and drilling equipment was installed. Permits, PPC plan and E&S plans were kept in a mailbox on site.

2755410 Primary Facility 2018-07-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 7/23/2018 at approximately 1000, I met with Hannah McAvoy (Range Resources) at the Yonker Well Pad in Mount Pleasant Township, Washington County for the purpose of assessing site conditions relative to permit termination requirements.

There were areas of the site, particularly on the hill slope to the northeastern side of the well pad, where there was poor vegetation coverage due to mowing by the landowner. The observed areas of impacted vegetation did not appear to lead to instability of the site. The restoration efforts by the permittee which were disturbed by the landowner would be covered under the third party impact policy.

The two retention basins on site appeared to be functioning properly and were in good condition. The wells on site were clearly marked and appeared to be in good condition. The GPUs appeared to be in good condition. The production fluid/condensate tanks were in secondary containment which appeared to be in good condition.

The inspection of the project area confirmed that all r

2759812 Primary Facility 2018-08-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 7/23/2018, I met with Hannah McAvoy (Range Resources) at the Yonker Well Site located in Mount Pleasant Township, Washington County to assess site conditions relative to permit termination requirements. It was determined that termination requirements had been achieved which resulted in Range Resources submitting a formal written Notice of Termination (NOT) request to the department.

On 8/2/2018 at approximately 1045, I conducted a site restoration inspection of the well site as a result of the operator submitted NOT request for the site ESCGP, ESX09-125-0016, in accordance with 25 Pa. Code 102.7. The following was observed:

  • Act 9 sign at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • All wells on site were marked and in good condition.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were in secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition.
  • GPUs appeared to be in good condition.
  • Retention ponds on site appeared to be functioning properly and were in good condition.
  • Gravel pile left on site at the
