Due to this the site is not in compliance with §102.4(b)(4)(ii),(iv), §102.8(b)(2),(3),(5), and (8), §102.4(b)(5)(v) and §102.5(m)(2)(ii). •Many of the stream channels in the area adjacent to the site appear to be undergoing increased erosion and sedimentation. This is a violation of §102.2(a), (b); §102.11(a)(1),(2) and 35 P.S. § 691.401 •The site was also noted to be in in the drilling/PCSM phase at the time of inspection and primary site construction was completed t
