2463904 Primary Facility 2016-03-09 Incident- Response to Accident or Event Violation(s) Noted On 3/9/2016, I performed an inspection of Range Resources DMC Properties well site. Present at time of inspection was Brandon Carson (Range Resources) and Robert Stewart (WEG). Representatives from WEG where present completing remediation of the spill. The site is located in Donegal Twp., Washington County. The inspection was performed as a response to a reported glycol spill by the operator.

The operator intially reported a spill of 50-75 gallons of glycol spilled to the well pad, during setup operations on the glycol unit for the 10H well. After further investigation and site conditions the spill was larger than 50 gallons and is estimated closer to 100 gallons given the holding capacity of the glycol unit. The spill occurred on the Range Resources DMC Properties well pad. The glycol pooled beneath the gylcol unit and was excavated using a vacuum unit. The area was flushed with fresh water and collected for disposal.
