2563586 Primary Facility 2017-02-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 2/22/2017 WQS Brian MacQuarrie met onsite with Jessica Ullom -Range Resources. The operator is shrinking the pad from 77,808.3 square feet to 76485 square feet. The well pad has seven wells in production and six 500 bbl tanks in stainless steel containment. The Erosion and Sedimentation Best Management Practices installed and maintained. Vegetative cover established in previously disturbed areas. No apparent E/S issues.
2816923 Primary Facility 2018-12-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 12/12/2018 at approximately 11:40, I conducted a routine site inspection of the Alex Paris well site located in Cross Creek Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • The Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and appeared in good condition.
  • GPUs on site appeared in good condition.
  • All wells on site were marked and appeared in good condition.
  • The site appeared stable with no apparent erosion.

No violations were found during this inspection.
