2613523 Primary Facility 2017-07-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On July 10, 2017 WQS Brian MacQuarrie onsite at unconventional well pad location. Truck onsite transferring fluids from tank battery. Currently three wells in production. Erosion and sedimentation Best Management Practices installed and maintained. Vegetative growth established in previously disturbed areas. No apparent erosion and sedimentation issues.
2633802 Primary Facility 2017-09-08 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On September 8, 2017, WQS Brian MacQuarrie and Erika Taylor (Range Resources) onsite to conduct a Notice of Termination inspection for ESCGP-1 ESG14-125-0038. The well pad consists of three wells properly tagged and in production with four 500 bbl tanks installed within steel secondary containment structure. The well site has been restored and permanent stabilization has been achieved per 25 PA Code 102.22(a)(2).

Therefore, the Notice of Termination request is approved.

2760760 Primary Facility 2018-08-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 8/6/2018 at approximately 1105, I conducted a routine inspection of the Pangersis Family Well Site located in Robinson Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition.
  • GPUs appeared to be in good condition.
  • All wells on site were clearly marked and appeared to be in good condition.
  • The site appeared to be stable with greater than 70% vegetative growth.

No violations were found during this inspection.
