2682627 Primary Facility 2018-01-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Martin well pad and the following was observed.

6 new wells were recently drilled and Range Resources is preparing the site to hydraulically fracture them at this time.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well heads were maintained, no leaks or fluids around well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.
