2756766 Primary Facility 2018-07-26 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted On 7/26/2018 at approximately 1145, I conducted a routine site inspection of the Engel Well Pad in Cecil Township, Washington County.

The Act 9 sign at the site entrance was in good condition. The production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition. The GPUs were in good condition. The 9H well had standing water with a sheen on the surface which was determined to be related to iron bacteria. Otherwise, all wells appeared to be in good condition.

No violations were found during this inspection.
