2347585 Primary Facility 2015-02-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted All proper records on-site including well permits, ESCGP-2, E&S plan, PCSM, ERP, PPC and containment plan. Act 9 signage in place. The rig is being moved off-site since 2/23/15; the last well (0H) reached lateral TD on 2/21/15. A panel of the sound wall has been removed to tie-in the gathering pipeline spur and will be replaced within the next few days once line is complete. Fraccing is estimated to take place around mid-March. The site is currently snow covered; however it appears that all E&S controls remain in place and are being maintained. The site appears to be stable and no violations were noted during this inspection.
