2584038 Primary Facility 2017-04-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 4/11/2017, the Department performed an inspection of the Range Resources, John Hunter well pad. The site is located in Donegal Twp., Washington Co. The inspection was a routine inspection during production of the wells on the site.

The operator had requested a restoration extension for the site for further well developement. The extension is scheduled to expire in 5/17. The operator has applied for new wells to be drilled on site, but these permits have not been approved. The operator has also applied to make major modifications to the ESCGP1 permit to leave the well pad larger post restoration, and include PCSM structures. The new ESCGP2 permit is currently under review with the Department.

The well pad and access road is in good condition.

The site is stable with greater than 70% vegetative cover.

5 wells have been drilled to completion on site and are equipped for production.

2733096 Primary Facility 2018-04-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On April 9, 2018, the Department performed an inspection of the Range Resources, John Hunter well pad site. Present at time of inspection was Matt Knight (Drilling Consultant). The iste is located in Donegal Twp., Washington Co. The inspection was a routine inspection during drilling on site.

The well pad and access road are in good condition and are being maintained by the operator. The site is stable with greater than 70%, perennial vegetative cover.

The operator has Falcon Drilling on site drilling the vertical section of 7 newly permitted wells. 5 wells were drilled to TD and are equipped for production. The operator is storing the conductor drill cuttings on the southeast corner of the pad, and plans to dispose of the cuttings on the well site.

The well site secondary containment is in good condition, and is being maintained by the operator. The GPUs for the five wells equipped for production are in good condition, but are not in secondary containment as required by § 78a.64a(b). Upon perfor

2775336 Primary Facility 2018-09-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appears to be well maintained and is producing. Location is well maintained. This is an active well pad with Pioneer Energy Services Rig #78 drilling.
