An unknown amount of re-use water was released onto the ground. A hammer union was leaking into the secondary containment of the frac tanks. Two tears/rips in the liner system were found after the containment was vac'd out which were repaired. A sump was installed to collect any drainage for disposal.
2446911 Primary Facility 2016-01-28 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted On 1/28/2016, I performed an inspection of the Range Resources Varner well pad site. Present at time of inspection was Jessica Ullom (Range). The site is located in Donegal Twp., Washington County. The inspection was performed as a compliance evaluation of the site after remediation of a operator reported spill on 1/8/13 at the Varner 4H well.

The new Act 9 Site ID sign was in place and legible.

The access road was in good condition.

The well pad, and the site has good vegetated cover.

The operator has remediated the spill and has stabilized the site with greater than 70% vegetative cover.

5 wells have been drilled on site and are producing.
