2630841 | Primary Facility | 2017-08-16 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On Wednesday, August 16, 2017, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the NV 30 Well Site located in Morris Township, Green County.
The Act 9 sign was in place and clearly legible t the site entrance. All required documentation was available on-site, although the physical integrity of the documents is deteriorating. The operator should consider periodically checking the documentation on each well site to assure the materials are up to date and legible. The access road and the well pad were in good condition and the site is stabilized with vegetative growth. The secondary containment structure around the production tanks appeared to be in good condition and functioning as intended. The gas wells and associated GPUs appeared to be in good working order and each well is labelled as required. No violations were identified during the inspection. |
