•All required documentation was present on site. •Site was in generally good condition with no noted erosion or runoff issues. •Five wells were observed on site at the time of inspection. Six wells are shown in GIS as having SPUD dates (per the operator one well was partially drilled but never completed), and an additional nine wells were permitted but had not been drilled at the time of inspection (three undrilled wells had active permits). •Tire ruts found leading from the west side of the pad appear to be landowner made in the process of accessing an adjacent field. No violations. |
