Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1906501 Primary Facility 2010-07-19 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Whipstock 22 - Rigging up, Site and location good
1910589 Primary Facility 2010-07-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On July 23rd, 2010 I met with Range Resources representaives Jeremy Matinko and Craig Wyda to discuss a small hydraulic oil relase that had happened overnight. At approximately 3:45 am a hydraulic hose on a compressor unit failed. An estimated 5-10 gallons of hydraulic fluid was spilled onto the ground. Immediately excess fluid was cleaned up and the effected gravel and soil on the well pad was removed with an excavator and placed into a roll off box. Approximately 2 cubic yards of material was removed. At the time of my inspection no fluid was observed and no staining was present on the surface of the ground.
1953429 Primary Facility 2011-01-04 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Patterson 256 - TD@ 11854, Sliding 5 1/2 production string , site and location good, pit good, last well to be finished on pad.

2572964 Primary Facility 2017-03-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Drugmand well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetative growth no erosion observed. The well heads were painted and maintained no leaks or fluids around well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks, rust or defects observed. The secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.

2763171 Primary Facility 2018-08-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 8/9/2018 at approximately 1200, I along with John Carson (DEP) conducted a routine site inspection of the Drugmand Unit 3H Well Site located in Mount Pleasant Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were in secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition.
  • GPUs on site appeared to be in good condition.
  • All wells on site were clearly marked and appeared to be in good condition.
  • The site appeared to be stable with uniform vegetative growth.
  • Waste material barrels were left on site which should be removed.
  • The access road had erosion rills and was not in good condition which should be addressed.

No violations were found during this inspection.
