Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1885448 Primary Facility 2010-05-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On May 13, 2010 I visited this site in response to a restoration extension request submitted by the operator on 3/15/2010. Also on site was Range Resources E&S Supervisor Jeremy Matinko. Well 4H was plugged on 12/17/09. The drilling pits had been filled and closed. E&S controls were still in place and functioning. No accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and after each runoff event until the site has reached uniform 70% vegetative cover. The 9 month restoration deadline from the pluggging of 4H is 9/17/10. The extension request is not approved because it seems feasible that the well site could be restored in the allowed time frame.
