Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2838932 Primary Facility 2019-02-12 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted No one on location at this time. Surface casing has been cemented recently. Cement head attached to surface casing with valves closed. Drill cuttings are dusted at locations edge. 6 5/8" production casing is on location, to be run after 8" production casing bore is drilled.
2841942 Primary Facility 2019-02-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The main access road entrance for this location is off of Forest Route 437, in Pleasant Township, Warren County, PA.

The ground is currently frozen and snow covered in most areas. This well was recently drilled. It is the second well to be drilled in a five well project. All five locations have been built and will presumably be drilled, weather permitting, in a series on into the near future. A pre-existing access road serves as the main accessing route for all five locations. Four of the locations, including this one, share a secondary accessing route. Sand stone was used for road base. The stone was mined from a recently established pit that is relatively close to the project.
