The location was recently constructed. The new location and access road have been stabilized with what appears to be a combination of local and commercial stone. The area is currently snow covered. Some vegetation can be seen poking through the snow on the banks and in some of the ditch-lines. All relevant E & S related BMP's seem to be acting effectively. The drilling permit and AWM approval is clearly posted on location. The operator is in the process of drilling the well. The conductor has been set. They are currently preparing the rig to drill the next casing string. A pit has been dug, were drill cuttings will be directed. The pit has been partially lined to protect against erosion. |
