2771357 Primary Facility 2018-09-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is the 4th well to be drilled in a 5 well project. An E & S plan and well permit are posted on the location. The access road is stable with local stone and any of the other disturbed areas appear to have developed adequate vegetative cover.

The operator is currently experiencing some technical issues with the drilling rig. The well, however, has been drilled to approximately half of it proposed TD. All drill cuttings and cement returns appear to have been directed into an un-lined pit. No violations are noted at this time.
