The well is properly identified and appears to be producing. It has been fitted with a pump-jack and is plumbed into buried gathering lines. All earth disturbance activities authorized by the well permit appear to have been completed. The pit has been filled and the surface has been stabilized with vegetation. The well location and access road have been stabilized with stone, and the remaining disturbed areas have been adequately stabilized with vegetation. All temporary Storm Water Management BMP’s appear to have been removed.
