Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2262543 Primary Facility 2014-04-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This inspection was conducted at the request of the department's permitting section because the propsed well location was in close proximity to a wetland. I met with the operator at the site. The stake was approximately 50 feet from a delineated wetland. The wetland appeared to be less than 1 acre. I discussed with the operator about shifting the location to the north and installing filter sock around the perimeter of the location as well as sloping the location away from the wetland to avoid any run off entering the wetland directly. All drill cuttings and frac sand should be placed in a container and removed from the site instead of encapsulation on location. The operator should avoid any earth disturbance prior to late May or June.
2316576 Primary Facility 2014-10-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2316618 Primary Facility 2014-10-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Conventional oil well in the process of being drilled. Cuttings are being directed into a lined pit. The location is stoned and stable. No violations noted at this time.
