USFS personnel brought to mu attention the non-production of this lease. A special use permit issued by the the Forest Service had expired and not been renewed. USFS stated that the reason for not renewing the permit was due to Utica Resources not needing access to the wells, as they were not producing them. USFS stated that this conversation took place in the fall of 2017.

Given this information, the production report submissions for 2016, and the lack of maintenance on the lease, it has been determined that the well is abandoned, as defined in section 3203 of the 2012 Oil and Gas Act.
