2775323 Primary Facility 2018-09-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is a combo well with an electric pump jack. The well appears to be plumbed in to buried gathering-lines for production.

The location appears to be decently drained and has a well developed vegetative cover. The access road for this location could use some maintenance. There are several large holes that are holding water. Elevating the road by adding material would eliminate this problem.

The well is identifiable with an operator assigned ID on the jack and a small sign posted near the well with the operators contact information. The API number however is not evidently posted and should be added.
