My attention was directed to the Hamilton lease after the well permits were transferred to IDC in early April, 2018. My first visit to the lease was on April 20, 2018. Michael Rainey, President of IDC Energy met me there. I indicated some areas that would need attention and discussed some possible remedial methods that could be used. I have visited the lease a hand full of times since to monitor progress and offer advice. I was made aware of two tank batteries on the lease. One battery was in serious disrepair and has since been re-built. Large scale road maintenance is in the works. Culverts have been add to a major access road in the front of the lease. Stone was being added to the road during my latest visit. Similar activities are to take place around the lease. There are two other major access

This inspection was conducted to monitor progress regarding the maintenance and redevelopment of this lease since last reported, reference Inspection Record: 2743808. I briefly spoke with Zack Anderson, the hired contractor who is currently pumping and working on the lease, upon arriving on location. He and one of his employees were cleaning up a small fluid discharge that had occurred in a ditch line near the entrance of the lease. The discharge occurred because of a hole in an old gathering line. The volume of the fluid lost and the impacted area appeared to be very small. The discharge appeared to be getting managed appropriately. This well location is stable, with adequate vegetative cover. The accessing road appears to be holding up well and appears to be conducting run-off appropriately. The well is combination oil/gas producing and is fitted with an electrically driven pump-jack. The well appea
