At the time of this inspection the operator had scraped up any contaminated soil and stock piled it on location awaiting removal. The operator had also constructed an earthen dike around the well and placed a small poly tank on site to collect any additional fluid that may be discharged from the well. The operator indicated that the soil would be removed and the location restored as soon as conditions allowed. No violations were noted at this time |

During a previous inspection conducted on 6/22/15 the operator had stockpiled some contaminated soil awating favorable conditions to remove it and seed and mulch the site. The operator contacted me on 6/24/15 indicating that the soil had been removed and the site had been seeded and mulched. On 6/29/15 I inspected the site to confirm that this had been done. The site was seeded and mulched and the soil had been removed. No violations were noted. |
