A crew was on site setting cellars in place at time of inspection. Well was a spud conductor. There was a steel plate covering the casing at time of inspection. 0% combustible gas was detected anywhere around the well at time of inspection. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
2848075 Primary Facility 2019-03-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 12 degrees and sunny. Met with PGE representative Dave Waggoner and Ron Kaler on location. Well recently had its surface casing cemented. Reviewed the job log and no discrepancies were noted at time of inspection. Well was shut in with a night cap and will be completed at a later date. No violations at time of inspection.
2856244 Primary Facility 2019-03-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 40 degrees and sunny. Met with PGE representatives Zachary Ferdurko and Chauncey Klein on location. They were currently getting ready to cement they 9 5/8 intermediate casing. Halliburton was on location rigging up for the cement job. No violations at time of inspection.
