2806679 Primary Facility 2018-11-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 36 and snowing at time of inspection. Met with Johnathan Woodburn at time of inspection. Rig was in the process of skidding onto this well to drill it to TD. They were estimating to begin drilling the surface casing hole at 12pm this evening. Discussed the estimated drilling plan for the next week. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
2809686 Primary Facility 2018-11-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 36 and snowing at time of inspection. Met with Andrew Griffith at time of inspection. Rig was in the process of drilling the 8 1/2" hole for the production casing. They drilled 8 3/4" hole to 5138' on air and then swapped to diesel based mud and an 8 1/2" PDC drill bit. During the last week the surface and intermediate casing were drilled and cemented. Reviewed the cement job logs from the surface and intermediate casing and no discrepancies were noted at time of inspection. Discussed the estimated drilling plan for the next week. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
2816055 Primary Facility 2018-12-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 37° and cloudy at time of inspection. There were no Southwestern representatives on location at time of inspection. Containment crews were on location removing rig matting. Well was recently drilled and cemented. Well was shut in with a night cap. Surface and intermediate casing annuli were visibly cemented to surface at time of inspection. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
