The above ground storage tanks that were previously onsite are now gone. Work was recently completed to reconstruct the infiltration berm north of the access road entrance. These changes should be reflected in the onsite plan drawings. No one was onsite today.

No violations noted at this time. We departed the site at 1210.

2841674 Primary Facility 2019-02-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department of Environmental Protection attempted to inspection the Eclipse Resources - Abplanalp Well Site located in Westfield Twp, Tioga Co. on 2/19/2019 @1130 hours. The weather was 19 degrees, winds NW @8mph, humidity 43%. There has been no activity on the well site since the previous inspection. Mr. Subra stated the access road has not been plowed. Due to the steep grade of the access road, I did not attempt to inspect the well pad. Two new well permits have been issued for the 3H and 4H wells. No violations are noted at this time. I departed the site @1215 hours.
