There were no Rockdale Marcellus representatives on location at time of inspection. Well is a spud conductor. Cellar is empty and recently cemented. Mouse hole was also in place. 2765853 Primary Facility 2018-08-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 68° and cloudy at time of inspection. Met with Rockdale Marcellus representative Matt Knight on location at time of inspection. Well is a spud conductor. Cellar is empty and recently cemented. Mouse hole was also in place. Both the conductor casing and mouse hole had steel plated welded over them at time of inspection. Well is no longer going to be drilled by the top hole rig that was on location. Will follow up with Regina Logue to determine the future of the well. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
2771515 Primary Facility 2018-09-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 77° and sunny at time of inspection. There were no Rockdale Marcellus representatives on location at time of inspection. Well cellar was full of gravel to surface at time of inspection. During a previous inspection when the top hole rig was on location this well was identified and noted to not be completed as per Matt Knight of Rockdale Marcellus. At time of inspection well conductor was spud and a mouse hole was set. I will follow up with Rockdale Marcellus to determine the condition of the conductor casing and mouse hole.
2776858 Primary Facility 2018-09-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Weather was 67° and cloudy at time of inspection. Met with Rockdale Marcellus representative Jim Tracey on location. Well was covered with a rig mat at time of inspection. No violations were noted at time of inspection.
2784361 Primary Facility 2018-10-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted I met Danny Brooks, Rockdale company man, when I arrived. Drilling is completed, and the process of rigging down had just started. Drilling mud was present near the rig on the rig mats; cleaning the mats had not yet begun. Rolloff containers for cuttings in the backyard were on secondary containment, but these appeared to be undersized for the containers. I recommended to Danny that these containments be constructed larger in the future. A small area off of containment between the backyard and the pipe area had what appeared to be a 2' x 2' spot where a small amount of black discoloration, likely drill mud, was lightly smeared on top of the mud. I recommended to Danny that it be shoveled up immediately.
2819833 Primary Facility 2018-12-26 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine, post-plugging, inspection of the Ingalls 6H was conducted December 26, 2018. The 6H was a 20" conductor only set at 100', and was never drilled past the conductor. At the time of inspection, the plugged 6H was cut and buried below grade. There were no open holes, discharges, or other obvious issues observed.
2820881 Primary Facility 2019-01-02 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted January 2, 2019: The Certificate of Well Plugging for the Ingalls 710 6H (API# 117-22004) has been received, reviewed, signed, and sent to file. This well had conductor only set.
